“Chris has official saved us twice now! We had a major problem with our furnace leaking all over the basement and the AC unit was so old it was costing us tons of money. We had someone come in to do an assessment on the furnace (pm me and I will tell you who) and my wife Meghan Locke and I were told that the unit was being condemned because it was rusted completely and leaking which could cause a fire. We had to shut it down immediately and replace it. Well, it was a really bad time since it was the middle of the summer and it was very hot out. We have a 3 year old little girl and her room was registering at 85 degrees. We were very concerned for her so we went into panic mode to find a window AC unit, which we found in less than 24 hours.

We then called Hillco Heating & Cooling, Inc. To come give us a second opinion. Chris was in our home for about 30 minutes and looked inside the furnace and all around and then asked, “do you have a shop vac?” We grabbed it and he literally sucked out a ton of gunk and rust that had built up inside causing the backup and leak. He told us that it needs replacing because it is in bad shape due to being old, but we could use it to push the air from the AC for the summer and be ok. There was no emergency to get it replaced ASAP and it was not a condemned unit in his opinion. We were able to relax and cool down for the rest of the summer as well as save money and figure out a way to replace the units.

Chris put a proposal together and it was much more reasonable than the other guys! Also, he truly out did himself with our job. We live on a private way and we had to get our street resealed and it pushed the install date back, and just before that there was a big oops at the distributors warehouse with the Heat Pump…out of Chris’s control.
Chris finally got into our house and worked very efficiently and super clean. He never left a mess in the basement over the few days of work. We are extremely happy we called Chris to come help us out. It has been many months since the install and Chris is still willing to answer my questions.
